our company is very PK....
they give you bonus, but pay you HALF in december (which i got), and the other HALF in JUNE next year. wudda fxxx! they pay out the whole thing last year...but this year, they changed it!!!
but we don't give to just anyone...you have to be employed for 6 months prior to the company's year end.
the amount you get, is based on your:
-salary
-job title
-job ranking
-length of employment
very very sucky for us admin people ga... cus our production teams get extra bonus if they meet target... same with the business/marketing team. they friggin left out us admin & finance people lor!!!
my bonus (if including the other half that i will receive in june) is equivilent to approx close to 3/4 of my monthly salary ga ja

good system, so that people won't just leave the company after they get the bonus.
my company does not even have a system regarding bonus. The boss and the other partner just do performance review on individual, then come up with a number based on the performance of the person and the profit of the year. (Feel bad now b/c I am getting a pretty good bonus and I am playing on LYK atm ROFL)
Hmm... I don't agree that admin/reception/account people not getting a share when the production team meets certain target lor. The work load for the admin side should just increase proportionally; hence, should share certain percentage on the extra bonus neh...
I would say 50% to 100% of a month is pretty good neh.

it's so not fair because us admin ppl do so much support work for production so that they can be more efficient, which yields more work done = more profit. but we don't get a cut...wudda.... aiii
