I think Kirin is better than Sun sui wah..

Well at least this is better than the reader's choice..... I am sure there are many more choices than what is listed there. But these restaurants are more known to the public.
Same for Indian food, I am sure they know "better" Indian restaurants than what is always on the list every year.
