[西餐] Qualicum Beach Scallop + Red Sea Urchin Mousse

I saw this dish on TV last night on Ep. 4 of CBC Documentary: The Great Food Resvolution (watch online!), and it looks delicious.  Have anyone tried?

Qualicum Beach Scallop + Red Sea Urchin Mousse @ Blue Water Cafe
- ponzu sauce, wakame seaweed and leek salad, cucumber vichyssoise foam, sake-yuku pearl
