I always go there buy bubble egg pancake and fresh bubble tea from them..

I went there bought a cup of strawberry bubble and the pancake; pancake is so crispy and brownish color; the strawberry bubble is too sweet and too much ice in it.. but I still like it and want to buy the same thing for my boyfriend while he's on the way to pick me up.

so, I told the old lady who wear glasses .. I want another set with more crispy and fresh pancake.. then I wait for another 10 mins for it.. BUT IT'S COME UP SOFT AND HALF RAW EGG'S PANCAKE for me..

piss me off.. I had already told her that I want the same thing as mine.. but she keeps argue with me and said, " you told me that you want it soft and fresh, so I cook another new one for you instead giving you the one I had already cook 20 mins ago; "

I said, " I tried it half hour ago with crispy brownish pancake and the bubble tea.. I like it so much.. and I want to buy the same thing for my boyfriend.. I buy one more from you and you end up cheat me like that kind of bad attitude ...why I bother buy it from you for? make me wait 10 mins more for your pancake"

I had told her at least 3 times to make it crispy and brownish color.. what kind of lady ?

being in the food court business, I think it is important to know that customer is already right and the server should not argue with the customer.

It's easier to make another one than pleading people to go back for business.
