i am using the broadband phone by citi telecom... (the one that has the hongkong number)
but then starting just awhile ago... the linksys modem they provided has only two solid lights on... (normally it should have three)
i am just wondering if anyone ever experienced the same thing as me? and is there anyway to resolve this problem?

i tried unplugging all the plugs including router and shaw modem.. and replugging again.. but it didnt work..

a friend told me the modems citi provide are very old models

but when i was a subscriber, they were quick to trouble-shoot and did a swap the time i had a problem.
