2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom or more, 1 kitchen, 1 dinning room and 2 parking spaces in east side of vancouver.. 'cuz my friend's mom want to live in her relative's area.. my friend's mom can't drive.. she's 73 yrs old..

less than $1000 per month.. don't you think it's possible?

2 bedrooms might be harder, if you are looking for $1000 or less they might not include utilities.  

I just rented out my basement so.... sorry.

Ask your friend to browse around East 1 Ave area and look "for rent" signs... it's close to highway, T&T and chinese restaurants and I believe she might have luck finding one.

Or just ask for 1 Br/ Bachelor condo for rent around joyce station area..

Or... see if other LYK's have suites available
