2) 將只允許一個 Email 地址只能註冊一個用戶名
3) IP 註冊間隔限制: 同一 IP 在24小時內將只能註冊一個帳號
4) 新手見習期限: 新註冊用戶在1小時內將無法發帖
5) 驗證碼發帖限制: 發帖數超過10的會員將不受驗證碼功能限制
