What is the point of having a section in which is "restricted?"

Is there a special purpose?

Just because we don't post often/not on loyaukee often means we are "not capable" to handling the contents in that section?

話時話你唔使慶丫﹐無人駕駛都唔係好多出位野看﹐你唔看無咩損失﹐真的好想看咪 ACTIVE D 囉。。。呢個版原意係比人發泄鬧人或者 POST 一D比較出位的野﹐但係都唔係好多人 POST 那些﹐你要看三級的﹐大把其他 FORUM 有得看﹐何必強求呢﹖

seriously, I think admin doesn't monitor 無人駕駛 so the restriction is to make sure the poster are regulars, not spammer or some 茂利 register the forum and try to 搞事.
