It seems very easy to do it, but how many eggs and how much of milk to do this filling?

Quiche  is good, but ready-made pastry is made with trans-fat, not
very healthy.
Butter is better

Well, they may not be very healthy, but they were very tasty.  Super yummy, especially made by my wife..  LOL...

You can make crustless quiche (Frittata)
or Impossible quiche using Bisquik, just put custard in blender then pour over
meat, veggie or seafood then bake, put together in few minutes

I followed their instruction:  3 eggs, 1.5 cup of whole cream (I used milk instead).
It says to fry the bacon. I used lean read-made bacon so minimal grease. For the tuna, I just used it for a variety.

With all the fillings I used, I had enough to fill 26 tarts. So if you plan to use up all of 18 in a box and all the fillings like I used, I'd suggest you to use 1/2 of what I used for eggs and cream/milk.

Hope that helps.
