This is not really a food review but to share some pictures of the food that I ordered at this place. The Chinese name is "Gum Bak Lok".

I think they try to be the "High-end seafood restaurant". Decor is nice and the "set" menu has shark fin in most of them. (which i am not too happy with)
I like this place but not love it... There are some dishes that I don't mind having again. Like the chicken wings, the vegetables and the winter melon soup.
First picture is deep fried oyster "ping" reconstructed tofu ("pay par tofu")
That's new style salt baked chicken nei.. not deep fried chicken.
So skin not as cripsy as 炸子雞 but less greasy.
