First thing in my head:
Noodles originated in China... didn't they?
Then there was spaghetti
Then the Japanese made their Japanese-style spaghetti
Now the Chinese making Japanese-style spaghetti...

Anyway
見佢寫明 no MSG﹐少鹽﹐而且用 olive oil﹐聽落好健康﹐所以入去試試。
Portion 算細﹐不過女仔食應該剛剛好﹐男仔就難講啲。
Service 都好好 (如果講嘢可以大聲少少就更好﹐男仔太斯文我掙啲聽唔到佢講乜)。

我自己叫左個 “雞肉菌菇蕃茄奶油義大利麵”﹐BF 叫 "鮮蘆荀元貝蕃茄奶油義大利麵"。
可以揀 spaghetti or penne, we both picked spaghetti。

我地兩個都覺得唔錯﹐幾好食﹐價錢亦唔貴﹐而且標榜住健康﹐我地應該會再去。

smt, thx for the review. how's the seating inside? Any appetizers? I want to go after badminton so hoping they have bigger tables to fit all of us.

how's the texture of the pasta? is it al-dente? i hate the pasta served in most Chinese places, too overcooked/soft...

My friend's sister told us the opposite.... She told us NOT to go there wor...
cos the pasta is soft and the tomato based pasta that she had is not very flavorful. I didn't get details... But well, I prefer Italian style pasta... not Japanese/Asian.

i've been to this place when it first opened.....
i ordered the combo
the soup = tasted like canned campbell soup watered down
salad = just normal packaged salads u get from costco or sth
the pasta = i think anyone here could make better pasta than the restaurant here by just making it with the japanese pre-made pasta sauce u get @ supermarkets =)

never went back since.

It is ok for lunch, but definitely not for dinner.

The coffee of this place is garbage. The taste of the sauce is not as salty, very home-made type.

其實如果話係咩 “日式義大利麵”﹐我都覺得又真係冇咩特別。
但就咁一碟粉黎睇﹐嗰日食落又覺得唔係真係咁差。
或者係個人口味啦~
因為我自己唔鍾意太重味道﹐所以我覺得還 OK﹐唔會話唔夠味。
至於 "林" 唔 "林"﹐我嗰日食﹐又唔覺得義粉太"林"... 因為我都討厭太"林"嘅義粉。可能我地好彩﹖
Seating 都幾 comfortable。應該夠 zuesel 你個 badminton group 架喇~
Appetizer? I guess they only have salads and some soups, which I didn't try.  Anyway, it's all listed on the menu~
It's really too bad if their salads and soups taste like stuff u can get from anywhere. Guess we were lucky that we didn't order the meal combo.

i went there about couple months ago...its alrite..not very flavourable....a bit too much sauce in the dish too...its not something worth returning about
